Step 1: Introduction
- Explore the overview of cell organelle functions by following the corresponding links on the introduction page. Familiarize yourself with each of the parts of a cell and the difference between plant and animal cells.

Step 3: Group activity
Divide into small groups of 3-4 students. Follow the link to practice cell structure and function. Follow the bottom link to practice labelling the parts of a microscope. The links can be found on the Task page. In class, choose a station to share with a group in observing and comparing the structures of plant and animal cells under the microscope
